Shaw's Family with me
Met up with Raymond today to go attend his cell group. There are 12 people in the group.
There are Raymond, Isacc, Judith, Ping, Wilson are from Hong Kong. Sisi a sister from Zimbabwe. 2 Malaysian sisters and a brother *sorrie i forgot their names, i will update again*, Francis from Brunei. Zee is from China but he's now an Aussie.
Cell group is quite interesting. They will have a short prayer before ice-breakers. And right after that they will break for a quick meal. And then praise and worship comes in, and their p&w is like church style. Where the guy who is leading p&w is in the front and we are facing him.
The lyrics are paste on to the walls. Really useful, no need to hold on to a sheet of lyrics. =)
For today's sharing, Raymond talked to us about the Language of Love.
I think i have heard this before. Everyone has different love languages. Some respond to words, others to touch. There are 5 areas 1) Word of Affirmation 2) Quality time 3) Receiving Gifts
4) Acts of Service 5) Physical Touch
Raymond gave us a Love Profile Test to see which language do we respond to. my love language is Acts of Service. Which is quite true, i really felt touched when my cell group helped me to pack my bags at the airport for example.
After cell, they had a Valentine's Day gift exchange. And i had no gift!
Luckily Raymond had a gift for me. i felt quite bad...but he said no worries coz he forgot to tell me about it. haiz..he's really nice =)
And guessed what did i got??

Chocolate Bear Cake!
Damn cute right? haha..i got quite a shock when i saw it, because it was in a box. Really lovely.
i can't finished this on my own. Gonna share all of it with my housemates
